Founder of Australian-based Elsa Consulting Group Pty Ltd (since 2004). Dr Andrew Vince holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Exeter (United Kingdom) and is a published author with 30 years of industrial experience,  servicing Australia, Europe, the USA and other countries around the globe.

He is also an adjunct Associate Professor with a leading Australian university, and has been the recipient of muliple awards in his industry, including the Institution of Chemical Engineers, NSW Group, Whiffen Medal and the Coal Mine Manager’s Certificate of Recognition for Operating Excellence (Norwich Park, Australia). He holds several international patents for championing new industrial technology as sole, prime and joint author, and is active as both a presenter and session chairperson at world wide coal preparation conferences.
